Welcome to Photography – Smoke and Mirrors (the “Site”), owned and operated by Alexandra Lucas (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

This Site is a personal/creative site presenting photography and related creative work. It does not sell products or services, does not offer memberships, and does not require or support user accounts, logins, or comments. There is no e-commerce functionality on this Site.

Unless otherwise noted, all photographs, images, written content, and other material displayed on this Site (“Content”) are either:

  • original work created by and owned by me, or
  • used under license or with permission from the rights holder.

All Content is protected by copyright law. Copyright in each piece remains with its respective owner (myself or the licensing rights holder, as applicable).

You may view Content on this Site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not, without my prior written permission:
